But I can tell from your post that you will rise above this. I always try to tell myself things happen for a reason. Can't think of a reason for this, but we will hope you come out better in the end. I know many times in my life when a disaster struck and by disaster I mean the financial kind, I could usually look back and find a blessing in the pain. I know you'...Oh no Cassie, so sad to hear this!

I know you'll find something good :) One positive, you'll have more time to study!

I found myself without a job last October (mat leave contract ended and they couldn't keep me on) so I went to see EVERY job agency in Toronto (there are a LOT) and put my resume in. At first I only wanted to look at permenant jobs, but when I hadn't found anything within a month, I told my agents to look at temping roles as well.

I ended up with a 2 month temping job through one of the agencies that has lead to the job I have now (ok, its a 1 year contract, but I've got my foot in the door here). So, I guess I'm saying is don't look at temping as a bad idea, its not ideal, but it might just land you back on your feet.

Good luck!Morgainehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14691104266355915134noreply@blogger.com
