Catching Up

You never really realize how far behind you are in technology until you start trying to catch up.

For example, I've never used an RSS feed reader before. I've been on it for all of 5 minutes, and I'm already awestruck by the brilliance of it. Instead of running around the internet going to everyone's sites, I can just read it all in one spot.

Writing that makes me feel like I should be in my 50's, not my 20's. Who am I kidding, my grandfather is on Facebook, he's probably been using a feed reader for years.

I learned how to build websites using html back in high school, but I haven't used it since then. My 10 year reunion is this summer.

Geez it's been a while.

Please bear with me while I catch up with the rest of the world. I'm trying to spruce up this blog, but I don't know how.

I still use a bank book rather than internet banking. It's crazy but I know what I like!

I hear ya! I'm trying to make improvements to my site too and it's really tough. There's just so much information out there, and while it can be helpful, it's also really overwhelming. My next big job is creating a header. Gull.

Hopefully your sprucing goes well. Good luck!

I've been meaning to spruce up my header, as well!

Geek in Heels has a pretty good tutorial (I think). I think it's called Wordpress for the everyday blogger.

@banclothing - Wow! I haven't seen a bank book in years! I knew they were still around though, because the ATMs still take them.

@Obsessive Compulsive Daniela - I actually like your site, it's very clean looking.

@fabulouslyfrugirl - I'll have to check the post out. I've been trying to set up a Wordpress site, but for some reason it hasn't been very intuitive. I could definitely use the help!
